Creo 10 Visualizer freezing after disconnecting from dock

Recently was assigned a new laptop at work with a 4K, 120Hz screen. I have now found that whenever I unplug my laptop from the docking station (2 1080p 60Hz monitors), the visualizer in Creo freezes up and is unresponsive. I am still able to use the model tree/configuration ribbon, and opening new windows results works just fine.

When reconnecting to the dock, all the windows start working again without issue. I have to assume this is something with my display settings. I have attempted to fix this issue by disabling Integrated Graphics and adjusting screen resolution and refresh rate, with no success.

Also, feel free to add any additional information you think might be relevant. It sometimes helps to have screenshots to better understand what you are trying to do.
