Creo 3.0 M190 crashes when try to move section label on AMD board PCs

I am using Creo Parametric 3.0 M190

Creo 3.0 crashes with the message "Fatal error" when we try to move a section label in the drawing. it happens only on computer with AMD board. It works fine in Intel board PCs.

Here are the errors that I faced
Encountered fatal error, wrote the traceback into C: users\public\documents\traceback.log
