Creo Assembly constraints issue.

Hi,

 

There is an issue reported from customer by creating assembly constraint connecting 2 holes which is not parallel. The same assembly is already manufactured by customer with no 3d model drawing references. Now the same assembly is created in Creo but unable to apply the constraints. Along with this they are unable to simulate the same for static analysis as there are gaps which customer is using for creating welding. Kindly help me with a proper solution.
