I have a problem where Creo will lose connection to the server, and then upon reconnecting to the server, does not allow me to close out all of the window prompts.
My internal support group instructed me to do the following:
"...edit your config.pro file in Creo using File -> Options -> Configuration Editor. From there search for “suppress_license_loss_dialog” and set that config value to “yes”. It defaults to 'no'"
Also saying:
"We are aware of this as an issue and we believe it to be a Creo bug."
This seems like the dumbest possible bug, for a program to block you from closing a prompt that the program itself generates.
What gives, PTC? Don't you debug your program, starting with basic issues like this?
