How are you launching Creo? Are connected with VPN?

it appears as though you have lost a connection to your license server, I would contact your administrator, also check your firewall settings and make sure ports are open.

Please tell me how to check the ports if they are open?

Hi,

does this mean that two days ago Creo worked and today it does not work?

Please run ptcstatus.bat and show its output.

in Parametric\bin subdirectory ... in my case it is E:\PTC\Creo7_050\Creo 7.0.5.0\Parametric\bin
