Hari,

You write Relations in your Creo model to make a part or assembly dimension a function of, or equal to, one of the Mathcad outputs. 

Are you using an embedded worksheet or a Prime Analysis feature?

I'm using an embedded worksheet with my creo model. Is there a way for the values to update automatically when performing and Regen?

With embedded worksheets, I believe the answer is no. You have to use a Prime Analysis feature (part of BMX) for that.
