Creo parametric 4.0 Drawing -- Note leader line text spacing

I would like to find out the configuration setting to change the spacing between the leader and the text in a drawing note. I have attached a few images of what I am talking about.

    It looks like this is hard coded and cannot be changed.  I'm waiting for confirmation about Creo 4/5.

    PTC has updated the article.  No change for Creo Parametric 4.0 or 5.0.  Still can't adjust this distance.  Sorry.
