Creo2 drawing - dimension handles... where are they?

Hi all,
Here is an image that asks my question. I am used to a selected dimension
having handles to allow me to move and change the display of a dimension's
leaders, witness and tail. These handles seem to be gone in Creo2. Are
they gone or turned off?
