Draft angle default value

Hai all,

 

Please let me know how to change the default draft angle value in part modeling.By default it will be 1.00°, I want to change it to 0.50°. I know it will be somewhere in config file but not able to locate.

To the best of my knowledge, there is no setting for the default draft angle.

If you feel the need to have a predefined value in there, you might be able to make a mapkey that invokes the draft command? I'm not sure as whenever I'm using the draft feature I'm applying a specific angle pertinent to the design at hand, not according to best practices, like one would use for molded plastic parts, etc.

Dear KenFarley,

Thanks for the feed back. Yes map key is a option, but I have enough map keys already in use.in this case I will live with changing the draft angles each time.
