Drawing PDF Export ISuue

Hi, me an my team are using Creo Parametric 10.0

We are trying to export our drawing file to pdf for a technical document, but everytime we do, even with different export settings, once the pdf is created we can see that the notes are ok but the views of the part result front-view only and stretched. We originally set 4 views: Front, RSide, Top and 3/4 so we're confused.

We don't get what may cause this issue since the first export was just fine, but from the 2nd on the mess began, we also tried with different files and it happens still.

The same thing won't happen with .png or .tiff export but the image quality is poor so the use it's no option.

Any suggestion?
