ECAD/MCAD Collaboration - Cant Start Validate Tool

Hi,

I have a problem to bring the ECAD/MACAD collaboration to work.

The compare/validate Tool in ECAD/MACD Collaboration runs always in an error (see picture)

I found the following support articel (CS125726)

and reinstalled, as adviced there, Creo View. But no success - compare Toll still shows the error massage.

Creo Version 9.08

tried Creo View 10 and 11

Anyone a hint, what to do?

You need a special Creo View license to use this functionality.
