Electrical Components Libraries

I am new with Creo Schematic and I am trying to find a place to know how is build the component libraries inside CREO SCHEMATIC, topics like kind of components, manufacturers, components standards (IEC, JIC, and so on)

We are going to migrate from AutoCAD Electrical and we need to know what to expect and what will happen with our currents libraries and how to reused again to avoid lose all our work.
