Hello All,
I have been working on Fibersim with a Creo 3D model and whenever I try to get the plies I get a fatal error which indicated that a traceback.log file is created in my user folder and Creo parametric and Fibersim inmediately shut down.
The traceback file cotains the following relevant information: Exception EXCEPTION_ACCESS_VIOLATION has occurred in the thread 52700.
Does anybody know how can I fix this issue?
