FLATTEN QUILT

I  NEED TO FLATTEN THE FLIGHT SCREW , IS THERE ANYWAY TO FLATTEN THE FLIGHT?

If you did a bit of searching on here you would likely find the following previous discussion that pertains directly to your problem.

You cannot make a flat pattern for the full screw. The spiral, when "flattened" is overlapping. As far a I know, people who build to make cyclones and screw tanks and the like projects build them with 90, 180, or maybe 360 degree sections. Maybe there's a way to feed in flat "ribbon" and massively deform it to make the screw shape and spiral it, but I haven't seen that.
