Fatal error crashes with CREO parametric

I am using Creo Parametric Release 2.0 and DatecodeM250

CREO crashed unexpectedly

Here are the errors that I faced
Fatal error encountered. A traceback has been written.
We had several cases with crashes.

Hello ,

 

Creo Parametric 2.0 is out of maintenance: no more supported and developed.

 

Nevertheless you can find some guidance at article CS31618 .

    Hello,

    Thanks for your reply.

    I know CREO 2.0 is no more supported but as we cannot update the version now, I try to solve main issues.

    We will check the CS31618.
