File export to NX8

Using Creo 5.

Files exported as parasolid, STEP or IGES experience data loss, particularly features created using helical sweep.

Tool maker is using NX8.

Trying various schema options while exporting as parasolid reflect same issue.

Any help in resolving the problem will be appreciated.

You may try adding config gpi_to_parasolid as yes in config and export data as parasolid.

@ maheshSh  I had a similar issue and this seems to have fixed it.

 

What does this config option do?

What model accuracy are you using and what is the value?
If I recall correctly NX uses an absolute accuracy of 0.001 mm by default. Perhaps this is causing the problem?
