Hatch Color

Hi guys ! Is it possible to set a default hatch color in Creo ? I've tried editing the .xch files with RGB codes, but of no use. Kindly help me out. Thanks in advance.

This is the same customer who has raised the doubt with me. I believe it can't be done. Tried many options for this. Nothing works. Thanks for the response !
