How do I get all surfaces coloured?

Hello together,

Example:

I have 2 or 10 fitting holes like 10H7.

Could I get the surfaces from this holes coloured very easily? Not by single clicking every surface 😉

So If somebody shows only the modell not the modelltree easy know this holes are!

You can use the find tool to do this.

Set the following:

Look for surface
Look by feature
On the History tab, select number
Set the number range for the features that you want
Click find now and all the surfaces of those features will be found
Select the ones you want, click the >> button to add them to the selection
Choose the color you want

One trick is to color the solid one color, then change the surfaces to another color. When you do a hole or other cut operation, the solid color will be where the cut is.

Unfortunately Creo cannot do this easily or automatically. You can change your selection filter to "Intent Surface", but you still have to manually pick them.
