How to animate the wind & unwind the rope in creo assembly?

Hi,

 

I have create a cylinder which has a rope, when we rotate the cylinder the rope should move/rotate along the cylinder & repeat back to same position. Kindly help with an example if possbile.

There is one optional relation at the rope_02 component level.
