How to control designated parameters in Creo Parametric?

We can manually control whether a parameter is designated in the parameter interface.

I want to know if we can control whether a parameter is designated or not through another parameter.

Like,

When Control_parameter==YES, Parameter A is designated.

When Control_parameter==NO, Parameter A is not designated.
