How to control the rotation axis in rectangular Piping

I created an electrical ground strap using Piping in Creo Parametric 2.0 using a rectangular solid "pipe." The terminals on either end are placed in the orientation that I need them in so that the ground strap will go into another assembly, but the center axis of the actual strap is rotated in such a way that it doesn't align with my terminals. How can I control this?
