How to flatten a belleville or cup washer?

Hi,

Needing to flatten a belleville or cup washer. The one in in the image below was created with a revolved sheet metal wall. I'm trying to create an installed state of the part.

Any ideas as to what I can do to flatten the part?

Thanks for any help you can provide!

The model needs to be setup such that you have a dimension to vary and then you can make it flexible at the assembly level that it is assembled in.

In your case if there was a height dimension that controlled the angle of the radial teeth then you would make the height dimension flexible and reduce the height as desired.
