How to increase arrow thickness so that it i will display well in exported PDF?

Hi,

As you see in the attachments, the thickness of the arrow line is so lean when export to pdf. How to increase that arrow line thickness? I need the arrow lines to be at least 70% thick as same as the drawing line.
