I need help anyone

I want to reach out to the community regarding Honeycone such type of model. i attached the model image please any information guide to me regarding this type of model and how to create

I do not see the honeycomb hexagonal cell structure in the image posted. The pattern looks helical in nature (knurling pattern). The same techniques used to add knurling to a model should work to replicate most of what you need to create that geometry. 

 

It looks like a mountain style knurl:
