ISSUE: BOM Balloon - single balloon for different components

Hi,

today I started a new 2D Exploded view for our company product;

I noticed that for some component Creo starts group and put them under a single Balloon.

That's not right, someone knows how to fx it?

In the attached image a screenshot of my issue.

The second component is a motor and is an assembly, it put 2 balloon.

Thanks in advance

In the BOM, item 10 doesn't have any information in the part number. It's possible that creo has "grouped" parts that don't have then information.

Add the missing parameter information to the parts that are listed as item 10.

It works...

Not unbelievable at all!

The BOM is sorted by Part Number and without that information, it thinks there are 3 items that are the same when actually they are different, Putting the correct information into the part files solves the issue.

I have had this happen many times with our engineers and they wonder when things get grouped when they shouldn't.
