Does anyone have an idea if the Windchill username can be preset when launching Creo with a registered Windchill server? Intralink 3.x had theINTRALINK_DEFAULT_USER environment variable you could use to pre-populate the User login box in the Intralink client.
We do Creo and Windchill training and are trying to avoid two or more students accidently connecting to Windchill with the same user and trying to check out the same assembly. Of course Windchill will prevent the 2nd person from checking out, but then the novice user gets confused and the instructor has to bail them out. We would like to set up each workstation to connect as a different user when the students launch Creo.
