Introducing a new eSupport Creo Resource: the Creo Stability Troubleshooter
Hello Creo Community members,
PTC Support Services are happy to introduce the recently released Creo Stability Troubleshooter tool.
Please visit the first version of this Web-based tool that guides Users and Administrators through the most common Stability troubleshooting steps, all in one place.
It lists utilities / methods to identify causes and even some common solutions if your Creo application:
- Fails to Start
- Prematurely exits with reproducible steps
- Randomly exits or becomes unresponsive
This resource is available to all PTC customers (some tools require e-support admin rights, like Creo Performance Advisor), in English language only for now.
Our Knowledge experts are actively monitoring your feedback and continuing to enrich the content.
Even if you’re not currently having a Creo Stability question, take a look and tell us what you think through the widget or by replying to this post.
Thanks in advance for your contribution

this is a useful resource!
Would it be available to users in eSupport portal? I found the very useful Creo Installation Central Resource Page buried within two parent links >Mange and Monitor Software > Creo License and Installation
Also noticed some html images are not showing properly (e.g my creo app does not start at all eg splash screen)

Thanks a lot @rogerng for the feedback,
We will review the issue with the picture.
For now the resource is promoted through the Community, some KB Articles and the KB Search to gather feedback.
It will soon be announced with a banner.
I will share your comment with our Knowledge Management team to check where the link can be located in our esupport portal in future.
Thx
