Issue in Deploying VB - API based Application

Hello Team,

I’ve developed a Visual Basic API based Creo application. I’ve deployed it in my machine, it is working fine.

When I deployed to other end user machines, the application is not working. Below is the error,

I’ve correctly set the Environmental variables and registered VB-Api in client end user machine as well.

Can you please resolve this?

Tried updating Dot Net Framework to V4.7.2 as well.
