Moving a Datum Flag

Folks, I'm not sure what I forgot about moving a datum flag, but I can't move datum flags in a drawing anymore in Creo 7.  I recall in the past clicking and dragging in a drawing with no issues.  Any ideas?  Thanks.

You must be in the annotate tab.  Select the datum then place curser over datum to get 4-arrow curser, then click and drag.

There is always more to learn.

yes, I have done this, but no 4-arrow cursor option appears.
