Moving dimensions in Creo 4.0 M130 drawings

We recently switched from Creo 4.0 M090 to M130. Since then we experience that every movement of a dimension in drawings will cause that this dimension is added to the varied elements of the inheritance. I have no idea if there is an option or a config setting to control this behavior. Maybe someone has an idea for me?
