NEED HELP TO PROPERLY CALLOUT A THREAD NOTE

After starting at a new job a few weeks ago, this is the first time I've added a threaded hole to a model.  Instead of the proper callout of 4-40 UNC-2B.... is just reads Note_0, Note_1, Note_2, etc.  Under Add A Note in the feature, the checkbox is checked.  Also, the parameters are filled in for the features as well.  Is there a way to toggle to show the correct thread note??

Check your config file for the option model_notes_as_labels and set it to no.

It would help if you identified what version of Creo you are using and the build release?

What works in one build may be broken in another.
