NEW ECAD-MCAD User: If I delete a component after reading in the IDX file, how do i get it back ?

[Creo 8] So i have a flexed board and everything works great.  If I deleted a component,  how do i get it back? the  baseline .idx is all i have.  the validate tool still shows it and wont bring it back in.  I've watched the east coast demo and it didn't cover that.  No real training on the PTC UNIVERSITY on this.
