Note Leader attachment is not following exploded part when exporting to pvz

The picture is from a PVZ in creo view 9 saved from creo 9. The leader should be attached to the other end of the gold part. The gold part is exploded but the leader points to the spot where it would be if the gold part was not exploded. How can I fix this?
