PTC Creo/ Direct Parametric - Step file

Good morning guys,

Few months ago, I load a step file which 10 in and my  wellbore was 8.5 in. Everything was looking normal, the 10 in step file was larger than the 8.5 in. This days when i uploaded it looks smaller  from 8.5 in and I dont know the reason?? Do you have any Idea?? I have to say that the 8.5 is my design and the 10 in step file i downloaded.
