Parameter not updating in drawing - Creo Elements - WF5 M150

Hello Colleagues,

Several parameters on our drawing format do not update consistently, seems to be Intralink related (9.1, M050), or in the drawing format itself? e.g., the most troublesomeparameter is the part_number_rev parameter

1. Ifthe drawingis a single page drawing it works and puts the part number and rev

2. Ifthe drawing has multiple pages, all bets are off,the parameter may show up correct or have the actual parameter name there without the ampersand &

a. sometimes page one is correct, usually not (we have to go back in and add the ampersand)

b. sometimes subsequent pages are correct3, sometimes not? 50/50 we have to copy one page to another, very cumbersome and time consuming

c. we cannot find a rhyme or reason?

A couple ofnotes that may be clues:

1. We did identify this does occur when only checking out and back in the drawing and promoting it to get revs in synch, even with no changes to the drawing

2. We also are using a work around - if we don't use auto check in from the file menu within ProE and simply save and then use the windchill interface to check in - then the problem seems to go away?

I would still like to discover why it is behaving this way - I have had a call open with PTC for several weeks, and shared several of the drawings with them, but no response/solution?

Forgive me if this is one of those obscurecases Ihave to chase down.... I am hoping someone encountered it previously.
