Hello,

1-   Is't possible to add a part library to Creo Expresse direct modeling 4.0 and how ?

2- how can I creat a grove for an oring on around module (plate) ?

Part Library is a *licensed* product.

Means, you have to buy this product - which does not make much sense in combination with the PTC Creo Modeling Express.
