Pics In Drawings and Models (Creo 6)

Yall

 

I have some pics in my drawing and model.

 

In the model I created on surface.

In drawing I add using ribbon for pics.

 

Works great. But apparently they are linked from whence they came and not embedded? They are gone and I get a can't find response.

 

I am using Windchill.

 

1. Can I embed them into the files?

2. If not embedded...do I need to load into Windchill?

Here you are in the community "Creo Elements Direct > Drafting" which is not Creo Parametric. You may not have an answer if you do not change the community of your post.

    What is confusing for those who do not know about "Creo Elements Direct" is that the name of the 2D application is Drafting and the one for 3D is Modeling.

    You are not the first!

      Hi,

      to embed a picture into drawing you have to set config.pro option ... save_texture_with_model yes
