Pro/ENGINEER Parameters linked to Intralink, Intralink settings?
How can you have a part description show up on the drawing and in Intralink workspace automatically. Such as description=title_1+title_2+title3 or add parameter description in the part file and &description in the drawing format and it shows up in Commonspace/Workspace. You only have to enter the part decription once and only once.
Is there a setting in Intralink to take the text entered for a part or assembly file and it populates in your workspace. Regards, Evan Coffield

Add a relationship to your part called TITLE=TITLE_1+" "+TITLE_2+" "+TITLE_3. Then use the parameter TITLE , which incorporates all three descriptions, in Intralink.
