Hi,
the solution is simple ... do not use one license server for all licenses.
User current license server for Creo Elements/Pro Release Wildfire 5.0, only.
Move Creo 3.0 licenses to different license server.

The latest version of the license server still works fine with Wildfire 5.0 and all versions of Creo Parametric. I'll still launch them occasionally to test old stuff.

To clarify, that's running the license server an a separate, 64-bit system, not trying to run it on the same physical computer where Creo (or Pro/e) is installed.
