Registering Windchill 11 with Creo parametric 2.0

Recently after the windchill upgrade to 11.0, server registered in creo server management is not going online. Anyone know how to fix this problem?

What build of Creo 2.0 are you running? Windchill 11 requires at Creo 2.0 M190 at a minimum.

You should also recreate your local cache after an upgrade.

did you check whether you Creo 2.0 version is compatible with Windchill 11 ?

What Creo 2.0 version do you use ? Starting from M210, it is necessary to install Creo Agent manually to enable proper communication with Windchill.
