Replace option doesn't show up?

Hi,

I have a model that I am working on and need to replace an instance with a different instance of the same part. When I go to my model tree and navigate to the instance, right click, and I don't see the "replace" option here. First time I've seen this issue, any tips? 

Some more information - Using Creo 8 with Windchill 12
