Sheath MIN_BEND_RADIUS not updating (for purposes of flatten harness 'lay out') (creo 10.0.3.0)

creo 10.0.3.0

I can update a wire spools MIN_BEND_RADIUS, the corresponding minimum radius will be updated to reflect (in CABLE MFG>FLATTEN>LAY OUT).

This does not seem to be the case with sheath spool (or perhaps a issue with bundles).

I've tried:

-Regenerating all models

-Close/re-open

-Modifying a bundle to use a different spool

-Extracting wires and then adding them back in

-Delete flat harness and start over

I think I may have been interpreting this incorrectly. It seems like the min bend radius in flatten may be correlated to the number of conductors.
