Hi, suddenly my creo started giving problems with the snap no longer taking references, I tried to load the config.pro file that I had exported previously but it still doesn't work. if I open a new project the snap works correctly

If it is working normally in a new part, then the setting is correct. There is something about your part that is not allowing references.
There used to be an issue with mirror, where when you tried to add a reference, it would give you an error "additional references not allowed", not sure if this is still the case.

Fixed by turning off perspective view.
