Sweep Issues

I'm creating a  solid sweep with a round cross section along a fitted curve through the attached points (units are METERS).  Unless the diameter is very small, the sweep fails.  Changing accuracy does not seem to help.  What is it that CREO is hung up on?

Don't ask me why, but I was able to get a sweep by flipping the direction of the sweep.  For some reason it does not like to sweep from PNT0 to PNT199, but will sweep from PNT199 TO PNT0.  I don't know what your profile is, so it may not work for a different reason.
