Two parameters in drawing template are not appearing once we upgraded from creo 7.0.8.0 to 9.0.7.0

We have two parameters 'DRW_RELEASED_ON' & 'DRW_RELEASED_BY' in our drawing template. Source for these parameters is Windchill. Meaning, the values for these parameters will appear automatically when the drawing is released. All this worked fine in Creo 7

When we upgraded to Creo 9, I could not see these two parameters in the drawing template. Becuase of this, values for these parameters are not getting populated after the drawing is released.

Can someone help? where exactly this issue is there?
