Why there is red Question marks in measure demention area?

I attempt to train the Circuit Card tolerance analysis example in PTC creo 4.0 help document, i tried step by step but  the result data (such as sigma, DPMU) is still different from help document result. 

Does the red Question marks matters? Why i have  red Question marks but example files don't have?
