annotate on cylinder surface failure

I am using Creo Parametric Release 4.0 and DatecodeM150

annotate on cylinder surface failure

Creo 4.0 M150 could not annotate on cylinder surface , even the selection pass, dimension won't be generated

while same action on Creo 4.0 M110 is passed

Here are the errors that I faced
no error but just return that the selection is invalid and can not continue
