Is there way to control the representation in the family table? or Any way to control the subassembly in the top level assembly ? refer the attached image

i want to swap the instance of 020008946_Generic at top level MB000A014 thru top level family table. pls suggest.

You can do this by creating family tables at each sub assembly level.

000-CD0 level  you have an instance that calls out the 020008946 instance

000-BIC you have an instance that calls out the 000-CD0 instance

Top level you have an instance that calls out the 000-BIC instance

If you haven't do this before at each subassembly level, you add the component to the family table and then you paste in the name of the instance that you want in the family table. See video here: https://youtu.be/m5cXl89oxhk?t=117

Alternatively depending on your MRP rules you could just make a Simp Rep at the top level that hides the 020008946 component and then assemble in the instance that you want over the top of it at the top level. This is likely going to cause other issues for you though and in general is considered bad practice.
