I've been struggling to find a way to create what essentially amounts to a mountain from a set of sketches that form the gradient lines for the surface in question. I can't think of a great way to word my question...but how do I flatten out the surfaces to create one slope out of it? I've attached an image file as it doesn't appear that I can just upload it into my text.

You're looking to create a Boundary Blend. You'll end up picking the edges and the software should do the rest.
