have 3d assembly open, then open drawing....drawing does not come forward.

Hi Guys,

Using Creo7.0.2.0. 

If I have a large assembly open, and then try and open up a large drawing, it doesnt come up in front. I have to go to window and pick it. 

Is there a config option to force new windows to front? It only seems to be an issue when they are really large files.
